Abstract: Hashimoto's encephalopathy presenting with progressive cerebellar ataxiaHashimoto's encephalopathy is an autoimmune encephalopathy that came to be regarded as a new clinical entity distinct from myxo-oedema encephalopathy, associated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
