Health status of women in the U.S. military.

Abstract: This report focused on the major health-related issues concerning women in the military: pregnancy-related conditions, physical injuries and capabilities, and stress-related disorders. The most frequent reason for being hospitalized (21.9% of all hospitalizations) among Navy women who enlisted from 1974-1979 was for a pregnancy-related condition.
