“…Esto, contrario a lo observado en nuestra cohorte de pacientes con 3.7% de valoración preconcepcional y mayores tasas de ingreso tardío (73.5%) (CARPREG II 34.5%), resalta la validez de estas escalas para evaluar incluso este grupo de gestantes y la participación del tercer eslabón de prevención, basado en el manejo por un grupo multidisciplinario.
