Heavy Metal Accumulations in Some Terrestrial Endemic and Non-endemic Plants in Mine Sites (Elazığ/Turkey)

Abstract: The aim of our study is to determine the hyperaccumulatory properties by examining the heavy metal accumulation (Co, Ni, Fe) in endemic Anchusa leptophlla subsp. tomentosa, Alyssum pateri subsp. pateri, Glaucium acutidentatum and non endemic Erysimum uncinatifolium species collected from a copper mining area in Elazığ Maden district.
