Heavy-Metal and Benzalkonium Chloride Resistance of Listeria monocytogenes Isolates from the Environment of Turkey-Processing Plants

Abstract: The resistance of Listeria monocytogenes to cadmium and arsenic has been used extensively for strain subtyping.
