These are frequently used in traditional medicine as remedies to relieve a wide range of illnesses and health problems. “…Therefore, the binding energy of standard drug was also higher than the C. paradisi leaf components such as geraniol and betapinene. The protein TRPV4 is selected as analgesic protein and it is confirmed by previous literature (22,(47)(48)(49)(50)(51)(52)(53). The docking of TRPV4 was done with 2 ligand molecules (geraniol and beta-pinene) and diclofenac is used as standard drug.…”

“…Recently these plants have been under keen intrest of various researchers due to their potential health benefits (Zahra et al, 2024;Aziz et al, 2024;Riaz et al, 2023;Waqas et al, 2023;Ahmad et al, 2023a;Ahmad et al, 2023b;Ammara et al, 2023;Aqib et al, 2023;Ejaz et al, 2023;Aziz et al, 2023;Gul et al, 2023). Extracts of various medicinal plants are used in different industries such as pharmaceuticals, food industries and for nanomedicine (Hayat et al, 2023;Hussain et al, 2023;Iram et al, 2023;Riasat et al, 2023;Saleem et al, 2023;Sana et al, 2022;Syed et al, 2023;Zahra et al, 2023;Zawar et al, 2023;Rauf et al, 2023; Effect of maltodextrin concentration and drying temperature on the physicochemical characteristics of Sacha inchi Naveed et al, 2022a;Naveed et al, 202b). Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) is a shrub that grows vines and is commonly known as Sacha beans, mountain beans, or Inka beans (Puangpronpitag et al, 2021).…”

“…Other compounds known for their negative effect on the quality and stability of oils include free fatty acids, unsaponifiable matters, waxes, pigments, solid impurities (mainly fibers), oxidation products (peroxides, aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, and oxidized fatty acids) (Gharby et al, 2016;Aliyar-Zanjani et al, 2019;Said et al, 2022). Several plants contain different chemicals which can be used for treatment of various diseases if they are consumed entirely or in parts with lower cost and less side effects (Sana et al, 2022;Bisht et al, 2021). Sunflower oil is one of the most widely grown essential oils in the world.…”
