Herramientas para la incidencia política. El diálogo de políticas a nivel regional

Abstract

At local, national and international level, incidence used to be a major target for myriad society organizations which pretend to enforce existing policies and laws or desire to change them. Nonetheless, incidence is a difficult business. So, social and state actors who try to influence the policy making process must to develop certain formal and informal strategies to enhance their objectives. In this sense, the present paper contributes to discuss a potential element for strategies aimed to reach incidence around public policies: the policy dialogue in the regional levels.
