Hidronefrosis perinatal: enfoque diagnostico

Abstract: Prenotally diagnosed hydronephrosis is rather frequent. An adequate prenatal evaluation should consider fetal viability and available resources [technical and medical] to approach the patient and his [her) problem. A multidisciplinary team should workup each cose individually, to deliver a rational and flexible therapeutical recommendation to parents.
