Abstract: RESUMENLa hidrosadenitis supurativa (acné inverso, enfermedad de Verneuil, apocrinitis) es una enfermedad crónica que afecta principalmente a zonas intertriginosas, con nódu-los inflamatorios subcutáneos recurrentes, sinus y cicatrices defectuosas. Se considera una enfermedad de oclusión folicular.
