High‐ and low‐dose allergen challenges in asthmatic patients using inhaled corticosteroids

Abstract: AIMSThe inhaled allergen challenge model has been used previously to investigate the effects of novel anti-inflammatory drugs in inhaled corticosteroid (ICS)-naïve asthmatics.
