High-dose immunosuppressive therapy with autologous hematopoietic stem cells transplantation for multiple sclerosis: Current view

Abstract: Autologous hematopoietic stem cells transplantation (aHSCT) followed by high-dose immunosuppressive therapy is a promising and effective method of treating autoimmune diseases, including multiple sclerosis (MS).
