“…Resilience quotient (RQ) is defined as: the individual process of adapting using emotional stability, will power and coping skills to recover from trauma, tragedy, threats and stressful circumstances. 7 Although, the issue of job-seeking has become the most important concern and cause for anxiety for university students, few studies in Thailand about jobseeking anxiety related resilience quotient and family influence on career decision-making have been published; especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
