Homo zwischens and the Choice problem

Abstract

This article is about Homo zwischens (from German "Between") they are doubting, varying people compelled in an atmosphere of uncertainty, when public structures are transformed make to the risky decision. The author proposes by means of information- synergetic (I.V. Melik-Haikazjan) approach to define the basic mechanisms of making — decision in this critical situation.
