Homojen Dolgulu Sıkıştırma ile Ateşlemeli Bir Motorda N-Heptan-Tetrahidrofuran Karışımlarının Yanma, Performans Ve Emisyonlara Etkisi

Abstract: Bu çalışmada tek silindirli, port enjeksiyon sistemine sahip homojen dolgulu sıkıştırma ile ateşlemeli motor kullanılmıştır. “…Compression ignition (diesel) engines have been widely used in a number of fields such as transportation, agriculture, construction and electric production and despite their advantages such as high fuel conversion efficiency and durability; high amount of the nitrogen oxide (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) emitted from their exhausts appear to be the problems still to be solved and improved. Due to the harmful effects of these emissions on environment and human health, a prohibition has come to the agenda that the diesel vehicles in some major cities of both European and other countries will no longer be used in 2025 and the following years, and in some countries it has been banned to be used for vehicles over 20 years old [1][2][3]. On the other hand, due to the decrease in oil reserve despite increase in energy need and environmental problems, renewable energy sources have become an important research subject as well as insufficient use of domestic energy resources increases the dependence on foreign energy [4].…”

“…Accordingly, the CA50 is delayed [35,36]. CA50 value, which represents the crankshaft angle at which 50% of the combustion occurs, should occur when the piston exceeds TDC by 7-11 °CA [37]. It is seen that the CA50 values are lower in the use of IP20 fuel mixture compared to the use of the IP40 fuel mixture, because the resistance to combustion increases with the increase of isopropanol concentration in the fuel.…”
