Homologous sense and antisense expression of a gene in Dunaliella tertiolecta

Abstract: Dunaliella transformation using antisense and sense technology developed in this study will provide powerful tools for functional analysis and pathway-specific metabolic engineering in Dunaliella for industrial applications.
