Households’ Attitudes Towards Food Safety Guidance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Abstract: Article HistoryThe current study aims to identify the factors influencing households' attitudes towards food safety in the governorates of the Riyadh region (Diriyah, Al-Muzahmiyah, and Thadig). A simple random sampling technique was used to collect data. Results of analysis revealed that nationality and income level had a significant relationship with respondents' attitudes towards food safety.
