How can we improve targeting of frail elderly patients to a geriatric day-hospital rehabilitation program?

Abstract: BackgroundThe optimal patient selection of frail elderly persons undergoing rehabilitation in Geriatric Day Hospital (GDH) programs remains uncertain.
