This paper aims to investigate the location of super-high-rise residential buildings in the Tokyo Metropolis and analyzes the features of the development in suburbs. In the research, it is confirmed that there are 789 super-high-rise residential buildings in Tokyo Metropolis and 220 of them are located in suburbs. Most of them are built around stations along with radial railroad lines and within 700 meters from station in urbanized area. Especially the Residential buildings by integrated lots development are located within 370 meters from stations and commercial areas where the legal floor area ratio is over 400%.
