Hubungan Perilaku dan Frekuensi Penggunaan Gadget dengan Kualitas Tidur pada Remaja

Abstract: Fenomena gadget di kalangan remaja sudah tidak asing lagi dan sudah ramai dibicarakan, remaja cenderung tidak memperhatikan bahkan tidak sadar dengan penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan akan menimbulkan efek samping.
