The eighth SDG concerns decent working conditions. A crucial role in supporting this SDG has a sustainable business. In this article, we have considered labour demotivation in the light of the eighth SDG. We stressed the importance of improving the diagnostics system of demotivation of labour for companies that want to increase profits and be socially responsible. During the literature review, we found a lack of research on labour demotivation and diagnostics. Therefore, we analysed the diagnostic systems' composition and substantiated the main stages, criteria, and functions of the diagnostic system of labour demotivation. We also discussed the prospects of integrating demotivation diagnostics into the enterprise management system. The results of this study can be the basis for further empirical analysis of labour demotivation and can be helpful for internal HR policies improvement

The main goal of this article is to identify the use of gamified mobile applications and their impact on work productivity. We employ a systematic review of the literature to discover to what extent gamified mobile applications improve worker productivity within a company. The intent is to contribute to more profound understanding of learning contexts, methodologies, techniques and objectives with the application of mobile gamification. The literature emphasizes that mobile gamification can be used to enhance the learning process, improve performance and achieve worker objectives, especially in production and IT areas. To do this, an analysis is presented of the areas that use mobile gamification, the techniques used and the effects that are achieved with its application in companies. It seeks to close the knowledge gap by quantifying the gamification characteristics found in applications. Due to the paucity of studies on mobile gamification at work productivity, this work also points the way to new research.

The systematic management of English online test results can ensure the fairness of the test, guarantee the accuracy and safety of the test results, and reduce the consumption of manpower and materials. Unfortunately, the existing data mining and management strategy for learner scores cannot track the learning process or score change of learners. This paper innovatively applies the trajectory data mining technology to the design of an English online process test results management system. After analyzing the functional requirements of the system, four basic information lists were constructed in SQL Server 2005. Then, an improved k-means clustering algorithm and the trajectory frequent pattern mining algorithm were combined to cluster the test results and analyze the learning trajectory deviation of the learners. Next, the four system functions were detailed, including login, entry of test results, trajectory setting, and deviation analysis. The effectiveness of our algorithm, and the performance of our system were fully verified through experiments.
