Human factor as a cause of aircraft accidents

Abstract: The human factor in aviation is the system and many sciences concept directly connected with flight safety and professional reliability of personnel. According to preliminary assessment of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) the human factor is a dominant cause of aircraft accidents.
