Hybrid Algorithm Based on Content and Collaborative Filtering in Recommendation System Optimization and Simulation

Abstract: This paper explores and studies recommendation technologies based on content filtering and user collaborative filtering and proposes a hybrid recommendation algorithm based on content and user collaborative filtering. This method not only makes use of the advantages of content filtering but also can carry out similarity matching filtering for all items, especially when the items are not evaluated by any user, which can be filtered out and recommended to users, thus avoiding the problem of early level. At the s… Show more

“…Li et al believe that facing the massive amount of online learning resource information on the Internet, users are faced with problems such as information overload and information lost and it has become an urgent need for users to quickly obtain and filter the required information in a way. At present, information filtering is mainly achieved through two information filtering methods, search and personalized recommendation [13]. Experiments by Wang et al show that the sharing of teaching resources is set to hierarchical management.…”

“…Ecotourism resources are composed of ecotourism landscape and ecotourism environment. Scientific establishment of ecotravel resources evaluation index system and objective evaluation of ecotravel resources is an important foundation for rational development and utilization of ecotravel resources, tapping its potential, and promoting the healthy development of ecotravel [1,2]. Therefore, people are enthusiastic about getting rid of diseases, keeping fit, and prolonging life, and there is a more urgent need for health knowledge [3].…”

“…Another recent advancement has been the use of hybrid recommendation algorithms that combine multiple techniques to provide more accurate and diverse recommendations. In addition, Li et al [53] proposed a hybrid recommendation algorithm that combined a collaborative filtering approach with a matrix factorization technique to recommend EV models to users. Hence, EV recommendation systems are a promising research area that could help users make informed decisions when choosing an EV.…”
