“…[24] Various LnPO 4 nanostructures, including redispersible LnPO 4 nanoparticles and LnPO 4 ·n H 2 O nanowires/nanorods of some highly anisotropic polymorphs, have thus far been synthesized. [23][24][25][26][27][28][29] Despite these efforts, important issues, such as the fundamental relationship between crystal structure and the dynamic processes of anisotropic growth on the nanoscale, as well as exploration of the key factors governing the evolution of physical properties, are still in need of in-depth investigation.…”

“…Cerium phosphate (CePO 4 ) nanomaterial has received interest since the end of the 1960s [11]. It has luminescence property, therefore, it can be applied for luminescent lamp as highly efficient emitters of green light [12], optoelectronic devices [13], and ceramic applications [14]. CePO 4 has two crystal structures: hexagonal and monoclinic, which is controlled by the temperatures and synthesis methods.…”

“…CePO 4 has two crystal structures: hexagonal and monoclinic, which is controlled by the temperatures and synthesis methods. Hexagonal CePO 4 could be synthesized at low temperature [12][13]. The structural characteristics, such as size, morphology, crystal structure, and composition of the complex, have the influence on the physicochemical property.…”

“…These compounds have typical CePO 4 monazite-type structure and belong to monoclinic symmetry (space group P2 1 /n) with four formula units in the lattice [7]. The authors [8] reported that monazite crystals synthesized by hydrothermal method at temperature of 373 and 473 K belong to hexagonal and monoclinic symmetry respectively. The XPS indicate that the phosphorus exists completely in the form of PO 3− 4 and cerium exists as Ce(III) with no Ce(IV) in all investigated crystals [8].…”
