The review focuses on analysis of domestic and foreign literature sources concentrating on influence exerted by occupa-tional factors and factors related to labor process on prevalence of diseases of the circulatory system (CSD) among medical workers. At present, specific features typical for occupational activities performed by medical workers are proven to be among major causes of high CSD prevalence among them. Experts have established most common occupational factors and labor-related factors that are able to induce and stimulate development of cardiovascular pathology. Labor intensity associated with neuro-emotional loads, high responsibility, round-the-clock working regime and night shifts (hazard category 3.2–3.3) is estab-lished to have a leading role among adverse labor-related factors for medical workers. Other significant contributions are made by adverse chemicals and biological agents, noise and ultrasound, laser exposure and ionizing radiation. Some authors showed that CSD prevalence was considerably higher among medical workers than among people employed in other industries. The highest CSD prevalence was detected among medical workers with the most adverse working conditions (hazard category 3.2–3.3). A high degree of occupational conditionality for CSD is typical for surgeons, therapists, and phthisiatricians. Emergency doctors run the highest risk of CSD (RR = 3.1; EF = 67.7 %). Assessment cardiovascular risks according to the SCORE system revealed that approximately 15 % medical workers older than 40 ran moderate cardiovascular risks; medical workers older than 50, high (20.0–22.0 %) or extremely high (10.0–12.5 %) total risks of death due to CSD.

Представленная статья посвящена актуальной проблеме профессиональногопсихоэмоционального выгорания сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы. Автор использует всвоей статье метод составления причинно-следственных связей, сначала описывая стресс, какфизиологическое явление, а затем те последствия, к которым приводит продолжительный стресс. Такжеавтором используется метод исторического анализа: рассматривается история возникновенияэмоционального выгорания, основные его симптомы, согласно теории, которая была выдвинутаосновоположником. Проводятся параллели с наиболее известными трудами отечественныхисследователей данного психологического состояния. Также в статье автор рассматривает основныепути борьбы с выгоранием и методы профилактики с точки зрения физиологии человеческого организма.В статье приводятся весомые аргументы, описывающие положительное влияние дозированныхфизических нагрузок на эмоциональное состояние человека с точки зрения его физиологии. Наосновании полученных данных были составлены рекомендации по выполнению ряда физическихупражнений для улучшения своего психического состояния. Статья ориентирована на конкретнуюсоциальную группу – сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы. Проблема выгорания в данномслучае рассматривается в связи со спецификой профессии. Статья рекомендована широкому кругучитателей: курсантам, действующим сотрудникам, работникам. The presented article is devoted to the actual problem of professional psycho-emotional burnout ofemployees of the penal system. The author uses in his article the method of making causal relationships, firstdescribing stress as a physiological phenomenon, and then the consequences that prolonged stress leads to.The author also uses the method of historical analysis: the history of the occurrence of emotional burnout, itsmain symptoms are considered, according to the theory that was put forward by the founder. Parallels are drawnwith the most famous works of domestic researchers of this psychological state. Also in the article, the authorexamines the main ways to combat burnout and prevention methods from the point of view of the physiology ofthe human body. The article presents weighty arguments describing the positive effect of dosed physical activityon the emotional state of a person from the point of view of his physiology. Based on the data obtained,recommendations were made for performing a number of physical exercises to improve their mental state. Thearticle is focused on a specific social group - employees of the penal enforcement system. The problem ofburnout in this case is considered in connection with the specifics of the profession. The article is recommendedto a wide range of readers: cadets, current employees, employees.

Bioclimatic comfort, anthropogenic load, conditions and nature of the labor process, lifestyle are among the main factors of the environment and professional activities of people. Purpose - to assess the incidence of persons of an organized team in the ecological and hygienic conditions of the city of Krasnoyarsk. Object - prevalence, primary incidence for the period 2016-2021. The state of anthropogenic pollution of the city territory was judged according to official sources. Assessed the working conditions and the nature of the labor process. The chemical load defines Krasnoyarsk as one of the leaders in the total morbidity of the region and as a risk area in the region in terms of morbidity exceeding the average. Uncomfortable living environment is noted for 9-10 months. The work of the observation group according to the degree of harmfulness and danger - class 3.3. In the structure of work, 80% of the time is mental [intellectual loads (3.2), emotional loads (3.2), work schedule (3.2)], physical activities, periodic long business trips with high emotional and physical stress. In the lifestyle of eating disorders, drinking alcohol, smoking. The prevalence of diseases was 1.6 times higher than in the adult population of Krasnoyarsk and (or) the region: a significant excess of 1.35-4.8 times in 6 classes and lower values of 1.2 times in 2 classes of diseases. In the primary morbidity, the leading pathologies were respiratory, genitourinary, musculoskeletal, trauma and poisoning (including the consequences of external causes), hearing aid, the share of which in the structure reached 80.3%. With the exception of the pathology of the hearing aid, it reflected the incidence of the adult population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as the dynamics of long-term morbidity. The peculiarities of morbidity in a cohort of an organized team are determined by their initial state of health, conditions of professional activity and lifestyle. The need to assess the health risk of the influence of synergistic factors of habitability of the population is actualized, taking into account the characteristics of professional activity and lifestyle.
