Hypervolemia screening in predialysis healthcare for hemodialysis patients using fuzzy color reason analysis

Abstract: Maintaining adequate dry weight and fluid volume balance is an important issue for dialysis patients. Malnutrition and sodium intake are the primary factors that cause fluid volume imbalance and changes in body weights. Inadequate dry weight control results in higher levels of blood pressures and is related to various complications, such as volume overload, hypertension, congestive symptoms, and cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, inadequate fluid removal provokes hypotension during dialysis treatment. Thus, we… Show more

“…The low-performance hardware was given a low-purity configuration, while, in contrast, the high-performance hardware was given a higher purity configuration. Secondly, the input wood floor image was randomly extracted with the optimized sampling configuration, and then, the sampled points were converted in color space [23] to obtain statistical features including color and texture features by rule filtering. Finally, the classification network was trained on a genetic algorithm (GA) under different requirements.…”

“…Hence, its pattern mechanism separates the output values of a Bayesian network into ''hue angle'' and ''saturation value'' to screen PD or ET. In contrast to conventional intelligent classifiers, the proposed PCRC method is an automatic analytical tool without iterative computations, an optimization technique, parameter adjustment, or an inference scheme [25], [26]. The tremor levels are parameterized into the specific membership grades to describe normal controls, subjects with PD, and subjects with ET using the fuzzification operations.…”
