Hypocellular Philadelphia chromosome‑positive mixed‑phenotype acute leukemia successfully treated with dasatinib: A case report

Abstract: Both hypocellular leukemia and Philadelphia (Ph) chromosome-positive mixed-phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL) are rare subtypes of leukemia showing unfavorable outcomes and lacking established optimal management.
