Hypokalaemic paralysis and metabolic alkalosis in a patient with Sjögren syndrome: a case report and literature review

Abstract: Background Acquired Gitelman syndrome is a very rare disorder reported in association with autoimmune disorders, mostly Sjögren syndrome.
