Abstract:Fungal peritonitis is a catastrophic complication of peritoneal dialysis (PD) and often requires termination of PD. It is usually caused by Candida species. Here we report a rare case of Exserohilum peritonitis. The patient was successfully treated with catheter removal and anti-fungal therapy.
