Gallus domestica Yolk (Vitelline) Membrane Use for In Vitro Microbial Adherence Studies

Abstract: The yolk membrane of unfertilized eggs (Gallus domestica) was isolated, washed, placed onto a glass holder, and utilized as an in vitro membrane model to study yeast attachment.
