İçsel Pazarlama Uygulamalarinin Örgütsel Bağliliğa Etki̇si̇nde İş Tatmi̇ni̇ni̇n Araci Rolü: Bankacilik Sektöründe Bi̇r Araştirma

Abstract: İçsel pazarlama uygulamalarında işletmeler, daha iyi hizmet sunabilmek için çalışanlarını iç müşteri olarak görerek onların istek ve ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda uygun iş ortamları hazırlayıp iş tatminlerini yükselterek örgütsel bağlılıklarını arttırmayı hedeflemektedirler.
