Identification, Characterization, and Molecular Detection of Alfalfa mosaic virus in Potato

Abstract: Alfalfa mosaic virus (AMV) was detected in potato fields in several provinces in Canada and characterized by bioassay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
