Identification of aldehyde oxidase 3 as a binding protein for squid ink polysaccharides using magnetic nanoparticles

Abstract: Superparamagnetic nanometer beads bonding SIP was employed to pull down the binding protein from the liver of mouse, which was identified as aldehyde oxidase 3. By means of enzyme kinetics analysis, SIP was found to activate AOX3 enzyme activity.
