Identification of filigree pattern increases the diagnostic accuracy of micropapillary pattern on frozen section for lung adenocarcinoma

Abstract: Aims The presence of micropapillary (MIP) in early‐stage lung adenocarcinoma is associated with a poorer prognosis, especially in patients undergoing sublobectomy.
