Idiopathic hypertrophic pachymeningitis mimicking prolactinoma with recurrent vision loss

Abstract: A B S T R A C TIdiopathic hypertrophic pachymeningitis is a rare inflammatory condition with diffuse thickening of the dura mater, which may cause a compressive effect or vascular compromise.
