Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis: How Can We Manage the Airway? A Case Report

Abstract: Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis (IPH) is a rare disease with major anesthetic implications, as it is characterized by recurrent life-threatening alveolar hemorrhage, fibrosis and restrictive lung disease.
