Idiopathic Spontaneous Pneumoperitoneum: a case description and emergency department management.

Abstract: Spontaneous pneumoperitoneum is the presence of free air in abdominal cavity, usually related with hollow organ injury. It is considered idiopathic if there are no causes identified.
