Iklim Kerja Berkontribusi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat

Abstract: AbstrakKepuasan kerja perawat merupakan faktor yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi dalam bekerja, kepuasan sering dipengaruhi faktor lingkungan kerja, demikian juga kepuasan kerja di lingkungan rumah sakit militer yang memiliki hubungan dengan iklim militer yang dibentuk di lingkungan bekerja.
