“…Müller et al. previously described abnormal DaTscans in patients up to 5 years before clinical manifestation of PD [21]. Our patients with a reduction in presynaptic DAT availability and no concurrent motor symptoms or signs were followed up to a maximum of 2 years after their DaTscans.…”
