A case-control study was carried out in Al- Sader Medical City in AL-Najaf Governorate, Iraq, during period from 1/9/2021 to 1/3/2022. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) Antigen Rapid Test Cassette (Feces) has been used to diagnosis all patients infected with H. pylori. All patients with duodenal ulcers and gastric cancer have been diagnosed by a physician using an endoscope and biopsy, respectively, in the department of tumors at AL-Sader Medical City. The results proved that there were 27 patients; 11 male (40.7%) and 16 female (59.3%) infected with H.pylori. Age group 20-30 was the highest infected with H.pylori (14 patients, 51.9%) followed by 31-40 (8 patients 29.6%), 41-50 (4 patients 14.8%) and 51-60 (1 patient 3.7%). Conclusions: Helicobacter Pylori may cause the most cases of duodenal ulcer and gastric cancer in patients that infected with this bacterium.

Iraq is home to the Halexylon Salicornicum plant (HS). This study modifies thermal conductivity and dielectric constant of unsaturated polyester resin using HS as filler (UPE). Different HS filler particle sizes, including 6.5 mm (raw HS), 1.18mm, 250 m, 125 m, 75 m, and 50 m, are used to create HS- UPE composites. HS filler loading levels (1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20 and 25) (wt percent). All HS- UPE composites' thermal conductivity and dielectric constant are investigated. Study is done on how changes in frequency (from 500 Hz to 1 MHz) affect the dielectric constant of all composites. The thermal conductivity of HS- UPE composites falls as the concentration of HS filler increases and particle size reduces; it is at its lowest level at 25% weight. At 50 m particle size, the impact of particle size on heat conductivity of composites is clearly visible. When HS filler concentration rises and particle size falls, the dielectric constant of HS- UPE composites increases; it reaches its maximum value at 25% wt and 50m RH particle. On 50 m RH-RTV silicone composites, frequency variation has little impact.

Contamination of drinking-water is a significant concern for public health throughout the world. Microbial hazards make the largest contribution to waterborne disease in developed and developing countries. Biofilm-producing bacteria were identified by the Congo Red Agar (CRA) method we obtained isolated of Aeromonas spp. formed Biofilm. the antibiotic resistance screening test to a number of antibiotics on Aeromonas spp. isolates. The results revealed that isolates of Aeromonas spp. have high resistance (100%) to Amoxicillin , Vancomycin and Cefoxitin. Whereas some isolates of Aeromonas spp. observed moderate resistance to Imipenem and Erythromycin. PCR to detected presence of fimH and papC genes in Aeromonas spp. that isolated from drinking water contain fimH gene and contain pap C. fimH was an important factor in cell control and bacterial persistence under stress conditions, and it contributed to virulence through a variety of mechanisms.
