Impact of adult weight management interventions on mental health: a systematic review and meta-analysis protocol

Abstract: IntroductionThe effects of interventions targeting weight loss on physical health are well described, yet the evidence for mental health is less clear. It is essential to better understand the impact of weight management interventions on mental health to optimise care and minimise risk of harm.
