Abstract: Background- Diabetic keratopathy is a known entity that affects approximately 70% of diabetic population and includes decrease in corneal endothelial cell density (CED) and hexagonality, polymegathism, pleomorphism, increase in CCT, higher corneal autofluorescence, and lower corneal sensitivity.
