Impact of plant domestication on selected nutrient and anti-nutrient compounds in Solanaceae with edible leaves (Solanum spp.)

Abstract: Several African Solanum species, including scarlet eggplant (Solanum aethiopicum L.) and the gboma eggplant (S. macrocarpon L.), are recently domesticated green leafy vegetables.
