A chemiluminescence (CL) sensor array was developed based on 11 CL systems cross‐combined by three luminescence reagents and four oxidants. Using the CL sensor array, we measured seven toxicants, including morphine, ketamine, diazepam, chlorpromazine, strychnine, paraquat, and fenpropathrin, which represent psychotropic drugs, sedatives and hypnotics, rodenticides, herbicides, and insecticides, respectively. The CL response pattern or ‘fingerprints’ were obtained for a given compound on the sensor array and then discriminated through principal component analysis. The established sensor array has been applied to real‐life samples and the results showed that it possesses excellent discrimination.

Омский государственный медицинский университет, г. Омск, РФ Цель: проследить динамику эндотоксикоза в головном мозге в постреанимационном периоде� Материалы и методы. Клиническую смерть моделировали на крысах путем 6,5-минутной асфиксии и реанимации� Животных разделили на группы, соответствующие срокам забора мозга (от 30 мин до 21 сут) после реанимации� В хлорнокислых экстрактах мозга определяли содержание веществ низкой и средней молекулярной массы (ВНиСММ)� Результаты. Установлено, что через 30 мин после реанимации в головном мозге крыс содержание ВНиСММ статистически значимо возрастает по сравнению с группой «контроль», а через 90 мин возвращается к контрольному уровню� Затем, через 6 ч -21 сут после реанимации, происходит парадоксальное уменьшение содержания ВНиСММ ниже контрольного уровня� Заключение. Снижение уровня эндотоксикоза после асфиксии и реанимации обусловлено не их «оздоравливающим» эффектом, а гибелью крыс с наиболее высокими значениями ВНиСММ, что приводит к уменьшению среднего значения ВНиСММ в группах реанимированных животных� Ключевые слова: постреанимационный период, головной мозг, эндогенная интоксикация, вещества низкой и средней молекулярной массы, неслучайные пропуски, крысы Для цитирования: Золин П� П� Могут ли клиническая смерть и реанимация сделать организм более здоровым?
