Abstract: AbstrakK ebutuhan akan rumah sebagai tempat tinggal atau hunian terus meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya penduduk. Harga rumah yang begitu tinggi menyebabkan tidak semua orang mampu membelinya secara tunai.
