Learning quality can be improved by utilizing technology and digital media in teaching and learning. Based on a survey conducted in 2021 at 33 elementary schools in Madiun City, most teachers still use WhatsApp Group media in delivering material. However, schools with good technological facilities can better understand technology for teachers and students. This research is downstream from previous research that recommended the development of LMS-based e-learning in elementary schools in Madiun City. The importance of good management in documenting the teaching and learning process can be used as monitoring and evaluation material to improve the quality of learning. Data collection in this study was carried out by direct observation at SDN 01 and SDN 03 Manisrejo Madiun City, as well as surveys conducted at 33 elementary schools in the Madiun City Education Office. The results of this research are internal and external condition analysis, business process analysis, Data, and Information architecture design, application architecture design, technology architecture design, and people architecture design which can be used as Pecel-AE application development framework documents.

La arquitectura empresarial, en su carácter de disciplina integradora, ha ido ganando en relevancia tanto en el mundo académico como en el mundo empresarial. Para su aplicación práctica se sirve de los marcos de trabajo, que son en gran parte los constructos responsables del éxito de la disciplina. Más allá de su utilidad práctica, los marcos de trabajo tienen el inconveniente de su proliferación en los últimos años. Su actual variedad, lejos de ayudar, está siendo una limitante de peso para su aplicación práctica. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamental, desarrollar una metodología para la evaluación y selección de marcos de trabajo de arquitectura empresarial que, basándose en las mejores prácticas internacionales, constituya una propuesta integral para la práctica arquitectónica. La investigación, de tipo cualitativa, utiliza fundamentalmente el análisis documental y parte del análisis crítico de un grupo de métodos de evaluación de marcos de trabajo hasta llegar a una propuesta conformada por 23 criterios y 2 filtros de selección. La propuesta metodológica resultante se erige como un acierto versátil para tratar no solo la incertidumbre al escoger un marco de trabajo, sino que es útil para incursionar en la implementación de modelos de madurez, para soluciones puntuales de arquitectura y para incluirse en la caja de herramientas básicas de un arquitecto empresarial.

With the tremendous growth in medical data, there are increasing opportunities in the healthcare sector. In this research, the main focus is on providing the current stage of disease and securing sensitive data on the cloud. After taking the patient's input in the form of symptoms of a chronic disease, we are going to make test suggestions. Parameters that are obtained from the results of the tests are mapped to ideal values stored in the database. After mapping a stage of chronic disease, a report will be provided to the patient, and the report will be stored on the cloud in encrypted format. All this data management is done in the cloud, and only solutions are saved there. Fog computing gives fast storage and processing to correspondence benefits near the end client. It is used mainly for reducing latency. Latency is nothing but improvement time. Fog computing is also used to deliver protection by making use of decoy files. The decoy file contains fake or incorrect information that is used to mislead the attacker. It is given to unauthorized access. In this paper, the main focus is on providing the current stage of disease and securing the sensitive data of a patient, which is stored in the cloud. After taking the input in the form of text from the patient, we are going to map this information with ideal values stored in the database. All this data processing is done in the cloud, and only the results are stored there. Fog computing provides storage, processing, and communication services close to the end user. It is used mainly for reducing latency. Healthcare cloud computing faces security issues such as data theft attacks. To decrease the value of these data theft attacks, encryption and decryption are used, and additional security is provided by placing decoy files in the fog. The decoy file contains incorrect information, which we are giving to the attacker after successful decryption.
