The iron and steel enterprises steel-making in electric arc furnace, Useful electrical load and frequent fluctuations. Power control is an effective means of power demand side management, power side can help save costs, while reducing its impact on the load of the grid. This paper presents arc furnace power distribution control based on the electricity demand realtime control strategy. First, according to electric arc furnace energy conservation equation, in the MATLAB environment, established power model of electric arc furnace. Direct access to real time control test system of arc furnace model will be proposed, simulation results of power allocation of electric arc furnace control system and the basic line, which verifies the validity of the model. The electric arc furnace based simulation model, composed of electric arc furnace control simulation model, control all electrical demand is limited. Due to large industrial enterprise running a two-part electricity price, therefore the control of power is important to the enterprise.
