Improved power quality converter for three‐phase grid‐interfaced PV array fed reduced current sensor‐based induction motor drive for water pumping

Abstract: This paper presents a photovoltaic (PV)–grid integrated system feeding an induction motor‐driven water pumping system. The power transfer is controlled by regulating the direct current (DC) link voltage. This system is used for feeding the induction motor‐driven water pump primarily and feeding the utility if the water pumping is not required.
