Improvement of nurses' knowledge of primary nursing role in professional service using simulation method

Abstract: This study aims to improve the application of professional care services in nursing using the simulation method. A quasi-experimental design was applied to the 68 first-line managers working in seven headroom in a psychiatric hospital in Indonesia.
