Abstract: Investigating heterointerfaces with test structures is crucial for fabricating electronic and photonic devices. Recently, we proposed and developed a PbS colloidal quantum dot/ZnO/Si hybrid infrared detector for infrared-sensitive optoelectronic devices on silicon-based large-scale integrated circuits.
