Improving a Counselor Education Web Site Through Usability Testing: The Bibliotherapy Education Project

Abstract: Technology proficiency expectations have proliferated in counselor education; however, limited information in the counseling literature details how to effectively evaluate or refine online resources from a design/utility standpoint.
